Activity 1 2a-4 Reflections on the roles of the Educator

The many  roles of the educator have been magnified after completing this activity. As teachers we are accustomed to saying that we are teacher, mother, doctor, lawyer, pastor counselor etc and this became even more evident in the collaborative document that was created, which outlined the many activities that can be done as the different educator roles. The roles listed included , mediator, designer, administrative, scholar, pastoral, assessor and specialist. Though not new to me, I never thought that one teacher wear the many hats as we tend to specialize. I also saw how the educator can use ICT to accomplish these roles.
